On dated 11/06/2013 (attached) and applied
file for 35AC to National Committee For Promotion Of Social And Economic
Welfare, on dated 08/09/2012 ref. no.-
NF/35AC-AYATY/36266-67/2012 (attached short contains because 258 pages file not possible to send) by
organization we have not received certificate.
So we request that please help us by
providing35AC & 1 2 certificates (as our case which is applicable) because
this organization for more than 11 years without any funding either center or
states continuing its nonstop social service in different areas of our country
by the little support of its social workers . Even in Odisha disaster where the
govt. not reached we have reached there the local news paper say this (http://www.navjivanfoundation.org/media.aspx).
We admit
we have small amount of balance sheet & it’s have reason firstly that in rural area where have
no proper banking facility we work in there & our purpose for giving
service not maintain bank record & as a result our chartered accountant not
allow for the real expenditure showing and secondly
our Indian departments whose have power i.,e they are not ready to find out the
real social service organization dedicated for the social service.

find an organization without funding working in different areas of our country

Navjivan Foundation (www.navjivanfoundation.org ) since 2013 tries
to reach near concern departments for helping the under privileged, who are
victims social, physical, economic, or any other form of abuse, in any way
which can directly or indirectly benefit mankind & our members and
volunteers, who come from various walks of life are very dedicated and have, in
a short span of time, have held matters in places not just in Delhi.
We have detected that the person
named Mr. Naman Gupta & his son Mr.
Praveen Kumar Gupta, B-42, Gali No.-4,Rajapuri, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110058 (factory address) & residential address 51C , Gali No.-4, Rajapuri, Uttam Nagar,
New Delhi-110058 whose has unregistered
factory & manufacturing
duplicate motor cycle & car balls using some child labor in his factory. According to our volunteers data, some
persons have govt. related departments are attach with these fellow for this
business. Near about twenty to more persons working there & whose have
neither ESI, PF facilities nor paying any Taxes. This person entire
family relation is attached with some unsocial & illegal matters.
So we request to the
department try to save child labor with take govt. benefit by proper surprise
inspection if possible.

, संजय गुप्ता ने दो छत का निर्माण करने के बाद कई महीनो से निर्माण कार्य को बंद कर
रखा, जब हरप्रीत कौर ने कार्य को बंद रखने का कारण पूछा तो संजय गुप्ता द्वारा कोई
जबाब नहीं दिया गया , संजय गुप्ता के खिलाफ प्राप्त जानकारी के आधार पर संजय गुप्ता
लोगो के मकान को समझौते के अनुसार व समयानुसार न बना कर लोगो के मकान पर जबरन कब्ज़ा
कर लेता है और लोगो को जालसाजी तरीको से गैरकानूनी कागजातों पर हस्ताक्षर कर प्रताड़ित
करता है ।
